We collect the minimum needed to run a subscription service: your email, a securely hashed password, billing status from Stripe, and basic security and usage records. We never sell your personal data. You can delete your account — and everything we hold about you — yourself, at any time, from your Account page.
NRFI.net is operated by NRFI NET LLC, a Kentucky Limited Liability Company ("we", "us"). This policy describes what personal information we collect across the NRFI.net website and the NRFI Android application (which presents the same service), why we collect it, and the choices you have.

We share data only with the service providers required to operate NRFI.net, and only to the extent necessary:
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We keep your personal information for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account (see below), your personal data is removed from our production systems immediately. Copies may persist in routine encrypted backups for a limited period before those backups are rotated out.
Aggregated, non-personal records — such as model accuracy history — contain no user information and may be retained indefinitely.
You can delete your account yourself at any time:
Deletion takes effect immediately: any active subscription is cancelled with Stripe, and your email, password hash, billing references, IP records, and preferences are permanently removed from our database. This cannot be undone.
If you cannot access your account, email [email protected] from the address on the account and we will process the deletion manually.
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to or restrict certain processing. Most of these you can exercise directly: your email and password are editable from your account, and deletion is self-serve as described above. For anything else, contact [email protected].
NRFI.net is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
Passwords are stored as salted hashes, traffic is encrypted in transit over HTTPS, and access to production data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we design so that the most sensitive data — your password and card number — is never held by us in usable form.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify users by email or an in-app notice and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
